Design is everything. 

We're super excited to be on the lookout for our first designer to help us grow our company. Design touches everything from our users to our internal tools to our culture. We want you to bring your talents and leave your mark on our product. 

Requirements include that you are able to

• Design seamless customer experiences
• Take our vision, combine it with yours, and create beautiful, intuitive things
• Work with a fast-paced team and roll with the punches
• Work with tight timelines
• Design for different user types
• Contribute to non-design company needs
• Be receptive to analytics and business decisions and iterate on your work accordingly

You are/have/know:

• A strong, web-based portfolio
• Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator
• A degree in Graphic Design or Interactive Design is preferred
• Startup experience, a plus
• Growth/Marketing experience, a plus
• Fun-loving
• 0-2 years of work experience
• NOT an asshole
